COLLECTED PERSONAL DATA
Design Brothers Ltd. collects the following Personal Data:

Automatically collected data: collected for the operation of the Website and the Service, including anonymized IP addresses with reverse geolocation functionality to determine user language, browser data, device and operating system information for optimal display and error tracking.

Client-provided data: collected from clients to provide the Service, including organizational data, names of company contacts, promotional material and/or graphic or photographic elements provided by the client, and information regarding company history and strategy.

PURPOSES OF PROCESSING
The Personal Data collected by Design Brothers Ltd. is processed exclusively for the following purposes:

Provide the InnovateCompanion Service;
Maintain the management and maintenance of the Website;
Improve the quality of the InnovateCompanion Service;
Publish case studies of completed work on the Website, only with the consent of the Data Subject;
Comply with legal obligations.

Design Brothers Ltd. employs the following third-party service providers to deliver the InnovateCompanion Service:

Google Cloud, with registered address at 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA, for email storage and customer interaction;
Twilio Segment Inc., with registered address at 1019 Market St, San Francisco, CA 94103, USA, for Website functionality tracking and processing requests;
Pipedrive OÜ, with registered address at Paldiski mnt 80, Tallinn 10617, Estonia, for administrative management;
ClickUp Inc., with registered address at 300 Brannan Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA, for project management.

Design Brothers Ltd. is committed to ensuring that all its third-party service providers respect the privacy of users and clients of the Service and comply with data protection regulations. All Personal Data shared with third-party service providers is subject to data protection contracts.

RETENTION OF PERSONAL DATA
Design Brothers Ltd. retains the Personal Data of Data Subjects only for the time necessary to achieve the purposes of processing personal data described in this Privacy Policy. Once these purposes are achieved, the Personal Data of Data Subjects will be deleted or anonymized.
